    Job Overview

    We are seeking a talented and experienced Lead UX Designer to join our growing in‑house design team. In this pivotal role, you will collaborate closely with the VP of Innovation and cross‑functional partners (Product, Engineering, and Marketing) to deliver cohesive, user‑centered experiences across web and mobile platforms. You will also champion the thoughtful adoption of AI‑powered tools and workflows that enhance creativity, efficiency, and design quality.

    As Lead Designer, you will shape the visual identity and user experience of our brand and products—ensuring we remain at the forefront of innovative design within the gifting industry.

    Key Responsibilities
    - Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of UI/UX and visual designers, setting both strategic and executional standards for design initiatives.
    - Collaborate closely with the VP of Innovation to align design strategy with brand vision, user needs, and business objectives.
    - Develop, evolve, and maintain robust design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency and scalability across web and mobile applications.
    - Create high‑fidelity mockups, prototypes, and design concepts for new features, ensuring seamless integration into existing products.
    - Leverage AI‑powered design and generative tools to accelerate ideation, produce initial layouts, refine designs, and generate content or pattern suggestions.
    - Implement and optimize AI workflows—using tools like ChatGPT for design brainstorming, content generation, documentation, and creative prompts; Figma Make to generate and iterate UI components and prototypes with natural language prompts; and similar toolchains to enhance team productivity.
    - Partner with Product and Engineering teams to translate business goals and technical requirements into intuitive, user‑centered solutions.
    - Oversee design implementation to ensure pixel‑perfect execution and high‑quality user experiences.
    - Stay current with industry trends, emerging AI tools and workflows, and competitive insights to continuously introduce fresh, innovative ideas.

    Qualifications
    - 7+ years of experience in UI/UX, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead role overseeing a team of designers.
    - A strong portfolio demonstrating design leadership, strategic thinking, and user‑centered problem‑solving.
    - Experience designing for both web and mobile applications, including responsive design and cross‑platform considerations.
    - Proficiency in design tools such as Figma (including Figma Make and AI features), Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
    - Strong understanding of design systems, usability principles, and accessibility standards.
    - Proven experience using AI tools like ChatGPT for ideation, prototyping assistance, content generation, and design documentation.
    - Clear communicator with experience collaborating across disciplines and articulating design rationale effectively.
    - Familiarity with user research, A/B testing, and iterative design methodologies.
    - Excellent time‑management, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

    As we enter our next chapter of growth, we’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer to help us accelerate our application development both within our existing applications and with new AI based applications.

    About the Role
    We are seeking a talented Senior Software Engineer with deep experience in .NET, SQL Server, and Azure-based architecture. You will work closely with our CTO and Chief Architect to build high-quality product features, strengthen our platform foundation, and help mentor and guide a distributed development team (U.S. & India).


    What You’ll Do
    - Product & System Development
    - Design, develop, and maintain scalable .NET applications (Web Apps, WebJobs, background services)
    - Build clean, reliable SQL Server database solutions and optimize performance
    - Write clean, maintainable, well-tested code following best practices, CI/CD, and secure coding standards
    - Review code, provide technical direction, and drive engineering excellence across teams
    - Participate in architectural discussions and collaborate on long-term technical roadmap
    - Azure Platform Ownership
    - Support and optimize applications hosted in Azure Web Apps
    - Work with Azure services including WebJobs, background task services, and SQL databases

    - Provide engineering guidance and oversee distributed engineering deliverables

    What You Bring

    Required
    - 7+ years experience developing enterprise applications in .NET / C#
    - Strong experience with ASP.NET Web API, background jobs, and service-based architectures
    - Deep knowledge of MS SQL Server (query design, indexing, performance tuning)
    - Hands-on experience with Azure Web Apps, WebJobs, and related services
    - Strong knowledge of Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines
    - Experience with distributed systems and asynchronous processing
    - Excellent communicator, able to collaborate across time zones
    - Experience mentoring or leading developers

    Preferred
    - Experience in high-availability SaaS environments
    - Familiarity with Azure security, monitoring, logging, and performance optimization
    - Prior experience working with offshore development teams
    - Front-end familiarity (React / Angular) a plus but not required
